the train stoped, and a girl with blue hair and eyes stepped out, she was holding a sword to her side. she sighs as she exited the train

Homura was walking around Lunaville, the older woman needing some fresh air. She had been stuck in City Hall for most of the day due to the files Yuko had asked her and the other council members to look over. So far, it seemed like the teachers and older students were handling things well on their own when it came to picking up newer students from the train station.
She was walking close to the train station when she glanced to the crowd getting off. Some citizens returning from their trips, some visitors on vacation, while others were most likely students. Either returning for a new year of school or arriving to the city for the first time.

Sayaka walked trying to advoid eye contact, she had so many regrets, and she didnt want what happen in her home town to happen here
.....i wish i never gained theses powers..." she mutters to herself hand over her stomach, where underneath her shirt was a blue crescent moon tatoo

Homura starred to walk towards the blue haired girl. Something felt off for sure.
"Excuse me." Homura said, "Is everything alright?"
She tried to sound calm. Homura didn't want to make a huge scene or, if this new girl would cause any trouble, give her a chance to feel like someone had noticed her behavior.

She yelps and turns to the girl, she looked about her age. She didn't want trouble, so she put up a smile to try to wave it off
Oh oh, it's gine, I'm new here...and i just had uh, motion sickness yeah..." she looks at her sword " oh uh this thing, don't worry I practice sword fighting...I'm not going to use it on anyone.

"I see." Homura said with a simple nod, "Through since you are new here, I am guessing you are a new student?"
It wasn't to hard to figure that part out. With the mention of the girl being new here. Then again, it's possible the girl was cursed to look a lot younger than she truly was. After all, while Homura looked at of a teenager, she was really around her twenties. And there were others in Homura's shoes as well.

"For Arcane Magia Academy." Homura said, "Through based on your reaction, I see you haven't heard of it. If you don't mind me asking, why did you come here?"
The fact this girl was confused by the area of Lunaville was rising some flags in Homura's mind.

She didn't want the young girl to have had run away from her parents. Through, the possible of the age thing could the case too.

She gulps, techinally she did run away from her parents. But not for the usual reason. She ran away from her family and friend to keep them safe from her

Homura looked down at the mark on her hand. To many, it would come off as a tattoo. While a few thought it was a weird birth mark. At last until they learned the truth.
"You mean my mark?" Homura asked, correcting the girl a bit. But Homura tried in a tone that showed she wasn't mad or anything similar to that. After all, there was no way the girl would know the truth.

After all, the day Homura got the mark was the day she became a magic user and her curse form was 'born'. So to some, it could be counted as a birthmark to her new life.

Homura nodded at her question.
"Yes, I am. My name is Homura Akemi." The young woman answered.
She figured it may be best to keep the fact she was a council member hidden. In her mind, it was always best not to reveal things right away to a new face until details were more clear. A small habit from her years as a bounty hunter that hadn't leave her.

"Some of the classes do." Homura explained, "Other classes are what normal school have. The school teaches both magic and non magic users. Magic users can be taught how to control their magic better while both students can be taught for to protect themselves. Course, there are the common classes like math, science, and so on so they can stay a path to their future."
