Professor Buddy Pine, Syndrome as he prefers to be called, swaggers to Headmaster Yuuko Ichihara office with something big that could benefit from the school. However as he reached the statue blocking the Headmaster's office he suddenly realize that he was never told the password.
Syndrome hides his confusion by briefly attempting to push the statue as if that would help. It didn't obviously.
"Hey Yuuko, babe! We need to talk. Could you open the door?" Syndrome yells outside her office, hopefully she can hear his and let him in. He's been prepping for this all week and yet forgot the password!

Yuko was at her desk, busy at work. She was filling out some needed paper work. Boring, sure, but she didn't have much of a choice. After all, it helped keep the school running and made sure it was safe.
However, her thoughts was cut off when she heard the voice yelling. She stood up and walked to where the statue was at.
"Kuroi chou." Yuko said, speaking in Japanese.
The statue lowed itself, unblocking the pathway. The woman smiled when she saw Syndrome.
"Hello Syndrome. What is it you wish to talk about?" Yuko asked.

Walking right up to the attractive headmaster, Syndrome slicks his hair back as if to make him seem cool.
"Picture this," he begins making jazz hands in what he thinks will be an epic proposal.
"We're receiving a huge new wave of students, all around the world, magical and non-magical baby! But you also we're not living in the stone age anymore and technology ain't stopping. Obviously that's why you hired me as a Science teacher," he boasted smirking to himself. "But Yuuko, even you know that even with all my updated knowledge in the latest in science isn't enough. We need innovation. We need intelligences. We need... experimentation."
"That's I'm thinking a robotics club, for this school! All of our smartest and most creative students coming together and making new and exciting projects, maybe even taking them to competition. So what do you say?" Syndrome finishes, hands on the headmaster's desk and his leg folding over the other when he sat taking mental notes of any tech in the office.

Most folks would be sweat dropping at the jazz hands and how Syndrome was attempting (And in Yuko's mind, failing) to make himself look cool. But still, the idea for a robotics club sounded like a good idea. It could help students learn ways to handler things without the use of magic and show how important technology was as well in people's lives. And allow students to make friends with similar interests.
There would be stepped needed to be taken to make sure students were safe while working on projects of course. After all, Yuko wouldn't want to see a student get hurt or even worst...as well as a repent of a past event.
"I admit, that does sound like an interesting idea. However, we would need to take certain steps to make sure the students' projects won't bring harm to anyone." Yuko said, "If you are willing to put in the time to do so of course."

Mentally Syndrome kept thinking excitedly on how she's basically saying yes to the whole thing. Man this is going to amazing! However, he needed to be professional if he's going to secure the project as a whole.
Clasping his hands together he relaxes his body before going any further.
"Of course they'll be safe," he said coolly hoping to reassure Yuuko. "I'll supervise the whole club and if any of the projects go nuts..."
He pulls out his cellphone from his pocket laying it on Yuuko's desk for both of them to see and after a few moments takes the small device apart without even touching it. Bits and pieces from the small, flat battery to the displays assemblies and microchips sprawl around where the phone once stood.
"I'll disable it immediately. No prob," he brags somewhat before sliding the pieces off and onto his palm.

Yuko chuckled a bit to herself. That made it clear how much Syndrome wanted this to happen. And the machine he showed were prove he was taking step to make sure the club was safe. She would need a new phone now, sure, but it wouldn't be the first time something was broken or destroyed in her office. Besides, it was pretty old already.
"Very well than. I see no reason as to turn it down. I think the club will be wonderful." Yuko said with a grin.

(OOC: By the way, it was Syndrome's phone that he pulled out of his pocket and took apart with his, not Yuuko's since I don't know what type of tech she has nor wanted to God-mod her stuff or anything.)
Syndrome smile widely at her agreement shaking somewhat ecstatically, almost dropping some of the pieces on his hand of what was once his phone. All the pieces were needed if it any tech was going to be repaired or improve.
"Thank you! Oh man, you won't regret it!" He celebrates a little too loudly and childishly. Bringing himself back into some level of professionalism he makes his free hand into a fist, placing it over his mouth as he coughs.
"I mean, thanks, I will set up some safety measures in my classroom for the club," Syndrome rephrases in a way that he hopes makes him seems less like a nerd and more mature. If he's going to get anywhere with this club he needs to not seem too mental and just invested.
"So... you doing anything later?" He asks Yuuko smoothly, kind of wanting to go out with her.

((You're perfectly fine. No need to worry.)) "I'm sure I won't regret it. And you are very much welcome." Yuko said. She chuckled quietly to herself. That small action showed Syndrome's inner 'child' in Yuko's eyes. Through the able to quickly recovered helped showed a few reasons she may have allowed him to become a teacher at the school. "Yes, in fact I am." Yuko said to his question, "There are a lot of things I need to get done before classes start after all." It wasn't a lie. There was a lot she had to do. With making sure all classes had teachers, that all students had arrived to the school safely and many other things. Course, that was before getting into details like a certain holiday coming up. There was no doubt most students would be wanting to make plans for it and she would need to make sure the plans were safe. "However...maybe once I'm not as busy we can hang out a bit." Yuko said with a small smirk. Anything to let her get some beer. She may not seem like it but Yuko was a heavy drinker. Her past hang overs during the summer were proof enough. And, in her mind, it could be a good chance to see how Syndrome's class and club were during at period.
