Yuko had took a small break from the same boring paper work as she made her way to the staff room. More students were arriving each day like always at the start of a new school year. Thankfully, classes didn't fully start or things would be more chaotic for everyone in the school. There were students with interesting magic while students without magic have different useful talents and skills. She could tell that many of them had bright futures if they kept up the hard work. Some even formed a few new clubs already, showing they were ready to hit the ground running.
'I wonder how some of the others are doing.' Yuko thought, thinking of the other staff members of the school.
The teachers were either helping student find their dorm rooms or heading to the train station to pick up students who didn't have any one else waiting for them. A few students who have been to the school before and were old enough helped out the best they could. Even if it seemed to be little to some, it was a huge help to the teachers.
Yuko soon arrived to the room and opened the door. She looked to see who else may be taking a bit of a break.

She noticed someone who was reading newspapers. It was Squiddly Diddly

"Squiddly? What are you doing?" Yuko asked with a raised eyebrow.
She closed the door behind her. She thought he would have been helping with students or be taking a break if he was in here.

"Oh! Hi Headmistress Yuko" Squiddly smiled "I'm just waiting for someone to call me for something important"

Yuko couldn't help but chuckle to herself. She should have figured at much.
"I see. I must admit, I would have figured you would be meeting the students at already arrived." Yuko said before she glanced at the clean windows. "Through I think a certain someone may be thankful to see you trying to help him out a bit with keeping the place clean."
She went over to where the drinks were at, hoping no one took any of the beer she had stored in there. After all, who said a small drink would do any harm?

"Same as it was yesterday: Getting ready for the students arriving and making sure everything is ready to start classes." Yuko explained. "They all should be here within this next week."
She glanced around and frowned a tiny bit. She could have swore she had Tadashi pick up some beer last time he was out. However, she couldn't find any of the cans. She looked up a bit to Squiddly.
"Say Squiddly, do you know what happened to the beer? None of the others drunk it without me again, did they?" Yuko asked.

"Much have been some of the others than." Yuko mumbled to herself.
She closed the door to the fridge and stood up.
"Oh well: Gives me an excuse to go out today to have some fun." Yuko chuckled with a small smirk.
She than looked serious, almost like she never asked the question in the first place.
"Anyways, I believe you will be happy to hear this: We have new students with water magic this year." Yuko explained.
