"Let's see... how to make this room different than the temple..." Steven asked himself aloud as he was in his dorm room with a couple of boxes on the floor. He had really wanted to stay at the Crystal Temple, but both Garnet and Pearl insisted on having him go to a dorm room like the other students. Besides, he was going to share it with someone and he smiled at the thought of making a new friend. He opened one of the boxes and took out a couple of things like his red shirts with stars on them and a couple of plushies, placing them down on one of the beds. Hopefully, he'll meet his new roommate soon.

Dipper walked through the Dorm room completely in awe by the structure of this place. He couldn't believe he was finally at Arcane. He dreamed about this place for a while but never in his wildest dreams he'd actually make it here. He looked at the slip of paper that had the information of the name of his roommate. He was rooming with someone named Steven Universe. The last name really made him raise an eyebrow. Universe? What kind of last name is that? Dipper eventually found his room and noticed that someone was already in the room putting out his stuff. "Um...hi...? I can just come back later if you're not too busy." Dipper said rather nervously. Hoping that this boy won't make him feel like an outcast or anything...he certainly didn't want a repeat of his middle school and elementary school years where no one except Mabel liked him..

Upon hearing a new voice, Steven turned around and saw a boy probably around his age at the door. He smiled from ear to ear before he ran up to his new roommate and gave him a hug. "Hi there, Roomie! Of course you can come in! It's both our room after all! My name is Steven Universe. What's yours?" Steven asked, letting go to look at the boy. Dipper was surprised at the sudden hug and regained himself offering a weak smile at the boy. "My name is Dipper Pines. It's nice to meet you Steven." Dipper said. Steven cheered, letting go of Dipper as he jumped onto his bed, curious about his new roommate. "Woo-hoo! We're going to be the best of pals, I just know it! We could do so much stuff together!" He then stopped and thought about it. "Actually, I never really had a roommate before... could be fun, right?" |

Then again, he might be new in Lunaville and the Crystal Gems were viewed as mysterious beings in town, so he couldn't blame the other for not knowing. He explained, "They're my family. They protect Lunaville from other gems. It's a long story! Anyway, there's Pearl, Garnet, and me, Steven Universe." To prove it himself, he lifted up his red shirt to reveal a large pink gemstone where his bellybutton would be. "See?" |
