Powers: Papyrus Uses a special type of magic that he and sans use by using the power of his soul to make and manipulate bones. He can fire bone like projectiles, make bone constructs like his skinny bone straight edge saber, and can summon dragon like skulls called Gaster blasters. Although the limit of this power depends on the user's will power and their endurance of using magical energy. Meaning if he uses this too much past his limit he can tire out, and his pacifist nature prevents him from making his attacks lethal. He can also to a point use telekinesis but it can only be used on something that posses a soul. He also can strangely turn into a skeleton whenever he uses his powers along gaining an orange glowing pair of eyes.

Personality: Papyrus is a proud boy that wants to have many friends and is very determined giving everything except for fighting his A-game. He is very nice and intelligent but can be very dorky in an adorable way. He also hates Puns so he groans whenever his Brother Sans makes a pun. He just believes them to be a lazy attempt at humor. He is also very pacifistic preferring to solve problems through peaceful means.
History: Papyrus and his brother Sans lived in an underground country known as The Underground in the small town of Snowdin. In The Underground, people posses a magic that allows the energy of their soul to cast magic spells. On top of that they can oddly urn into monsters that match the magic. In Papyrus's and his brother Sans's case they turn into skeletons. Papyrus learned of Arcane Magi Academy and enrolled to become the best bone magic user ever. While hoping to also become a member of King Asgore's royal guard when he graduates.
