Personality: Despite being the son of a demon lord, Be'el is mostly like any other normal baby; naive and easily impressed by those stronger than him. In the human world, he has no powers other than electrocution, so he is weak all by himself and is slow at understanding simple problems. What's unusual about him is that he is attracted to things that are not normal such as scary toys, monsters, or organs. He cries nearly all the time, causing those around him to be shocked, but he is training himself not to do this most of the time. He would get shy around females and respects them as well. Otherwise, he would act like a normal baby would. Oddly enough, he is afraid of insects, yet doesn't mind being with Oogie. The most likely reason is that Oogie is still Oga, his adoptive parent.
